Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
- We process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping speed is determined by the method selected at checkout. Orders ship from Portland, OR.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping delays or late deliveries by the carriers.
Domestic Returns/Exchanges (United States)
Returns: Returns can be initiated in your accounts center HERE or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All product returns must be in new condition in their original packaging. TripSticks may not be returned.
- We charge a $6 return fee for all returns which will be deducted from the refund.
- All returns are reviewed within 1-2 business days. A return label will be provided via email.
- Returns can take up to a week to be processed and for refunds to reflect.
Exchanges: We do not currently support automated exchanges. Please process a return through the instructions below and email us the new order information. Exchanges are free and we will process any refunds for shipping fees and provide a return label if not already received.
Returns and Exchanges
- All international orders are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time (exceptions for damaged or defective products). Please email us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
